Certification of experts' knowledge of the industrial safety rules

In accordance with the "Federal Law on industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" (#116-FZ) the employees of a hazardous production facility "must be trained and certified in the field of industrial safety", they also must "fulfill the requirements of normative and legal acts and technical documents establishing the work rules for a hazardous production facility" (i.2, clause 9).

Expert center TechnoProgress accredited as an independent training center and being attached to Rostechnadzor provides the training course for certification of managers and employees of foreign companies. TechnoProgress also provides further certification of managers and specialists’ knowledge of the industrial safety rules at/by the Central Certification Commission of Rostechnadzor.

The lectures are given both in Russian and English.

The training for certification includes the following:

• Use of hazardous production facilities
• Use of oil and gas facilities, including those for major pipeline transportation
• Use of facilities to be controlled by supervisory bodies for natural resources protection and geological and surveyor control.

Upon finishing the training course at the Central Certification Commission, the following documents should be issued:

• Certificate confirming that the training course has been successfully passed;
• Certificate of an established form;
• A copy of the Record from the Central Certification Commission;
