In accordance with the Federal Law "Industrial safety of hazardous production facilities" (June 21, 1997 #116-FZ) "one of the mandatory conditions for the decision-making process on construction, expansion, reconstruction, modernization, deactivation and abandonment of a hazardous production site is a positive conclusion of the industrial safety assessment…";

• Design documentation for construction, expansion, reconstruction, modernization, deactivation and abandonment of a hazardous production site;
• Technical devices used at hazardous production facilities;
• Buildings and structures on a hazardous industrial sites (such as steam pipes, ventilation ducts);
• Industrial safety declarations ;
• Other documents pertaining to the operation of hazardous production facilities.

Technoprogress has been licensed by the Federal Service for Ecology, Technology and Nuclear Supervision, which allows it to conduct industrial safety assessments at hazardous production sites, and also monitor the following:
