Main types of technical devices whose operating permits are issued by the Federal Service of Ecology, Technology and Nuclear Supervision

  1. Equipment working under high pressure of more than 0.07 (Mpa) (steam boilers, vessels working under steam or gas pressure, steam pipelines) or working under water heating temperatures of more than 115 centigrade degrees (hot-water boiler, vessels, hot-water pipelines), equipment for heat settings, heat points and heat networks, safety control and crash protection, signaling and control facilities, used throughout the operation of the above equipment, supplied separately or as complete units.
  2. Lifting devices (erecting cranes, crane manipulators, pipe-laying machines, lifts, ropeways, funiculars, elevators, construction site hoists, elevators for the disabled, escalators, front-end tools).
  3. Equipment and technical devices for gas supply and gas consumption systems including: gas-fired boiler equipment, processing trains and aggregate equipment, induction and water heaters.
  4. The equipment for welding, soldering, nondestructive testing (NDT), surfacing, thermal treatment and surface cleaning while producing, assembling and repairing technical devices operating at hazardous production facilities.
  5. Explosion-protected electrical equipment of the 1 st and the 2 nd groups. Mine electrical equipment.
  6. Mining and mineral processing equipment including: specialized equipment used for gold-mining and diamond-mining industries; equipment for ventilation and dust control in mine-working, mounting equipment for mine-working, equipment for mining transport, blast-hole drilling and holing equipment, equipment for bottom of holes, equipment and devices used for explosive operations.
  7. Equipment for oil and gas recovery industries including: equipment for recovery wells and test borehole drilling; equipment for transportation of drilling equipment and its elements; down-hole motors and rock destruction tools; test borehole and gas well equipment; equipment for well development, well repair and oil and gas well stimulation; instruments for oil fields; and exploration equipment.
  8. Equipment for exploration and geophysical work.
  9. Equipment for trunk lines transport.
  10. Equipment used at chemical, petrochemical, oil-refining and other industries and facilities, working with dangerously explosive, fire prone, toxic, or aggressive mediums as well as capacitive, refrigerating, electrolysis, mass exchanged and heat exchanging equipment, as well as filtering, ventilating, grinding, drying and mixing equipment, stoves, reservoirs, systems and devices of emergency defense, warning and control devices and other equipment, supplied separately or as complete units.
  11. Technology equipment for hazardous production facilities where raw materials are kept and refined.
  12. Equipment for ferrous metallurgy and non-ferrous metallurgy
  13. Electric furnaces and inductive aggregates, heater inductive devices, electric-arc and ore-thermal furnaces, as well as the furnaces and instillations of resistance and new types of heating (smelting and heating furnace).
  14. Equipment for cast iron melting.
  15. Gas protection respiratory equipment (isolating respirators, air apparatuses, isolating and filtering self-rescuers), gas-inspection tools, and technical devices for elimination of emergencies.
  16. Devices and computer-aided facilities used at hazardous production objects (inspection tools and technological process control tools, program-technical complexes for computer-aided system, machines and apparatuses for mechanical and physical quantities’ measuring; automation safety devices, pressure regulators, gas-meters, gas analyzer).
  17. Liquid and vacuum pumps, pumping units, compressors and compressor units, as well as air and gas compressors.
  18. Cisterns, specialized containers and gas-cylinders, as well as cylinders for explosive, fire risky and toxic mediums.
  19. Pipelines (made out of metal, nonferrous metals and alloys, as well as out of nonmetal material).
  20. Armature used at hazardous production facilities.
  21. The equipment for transportation of dangerous goods.
  22. Metal construction, bearings and protective covers for manufacturing equipment.
  23. Gassy, finely-dispersed, or liquid discharge and flow utilization equipment.
  24. Equipment for manufacture of explosive materials for industrial uses.
